The Marlins will get a new stadium in 2011...of course, I will need to see some dirt dug before I consider this a done deal.
I believe Tampa also has a new deal in the approved stage, and with the Twins and A's also having new ones planned...I'm not sure who would be a team that is very much in need of a ballpark to be competitive.
Unless I'm forgetting a weak link, I would expect expansion talks to become quite serious in the next few years.

Whatever strikes me as
interesting, and serious Milwaukee Brewers thoughts. If you are a believer
in respecting OBP, throwing strikes, and keeping the ball in the park,
you may have found the place you've been searching for. I don't
believe in paying a no hit/good field SS $7 million per year (Jack Wilson, I'm talking about you). I don't think
it's a good idea to "play for a run" early in the game. Build up your
minor league system, and watch success follow.
