Thursday, October 02, 2008 (10/02/2008 09:03:00 PM) - Al In MLBTR's preview of ARI, they seem to think that once again, dependent on other moves, Chad Tracy may once again be "the odd man out". I've mentioned Chad many times as a trade target, and as a LH hitting 3B, the need would still appear to be there. I'm a wee bit worried about his low OBP last year, but then again, he was coming back from injury, and to be honest, if he had his normal production, he probably would not be available. EDIT: Upon a look at his splits, he had a terrible August. He was right at about .330 (his career OBP is .343) other than that, so I would be a bit less concerned. I seem to recall when the Crew visited ARI, they said he was unable to play more than a couple days in a row, so it seems likely fatigue and injury kept his stats low. 10/02/2008 09:03:00 PM |
