I can't think this will turn out well for many reasons, but expecting him to stay healthy while playing 150 games in RF is sheer lunacy. Not having the DH spot to put him in limits the upside here as well.
That said, he's a lot better fielder than Adam Dunn, and will do fine when healthy.
He has not played 100 games in the OF since 2004. Expecting players to do things they haven't done in 5 years seems like a bit of a reach to me.

Whatever strikes me as
interesting, and serious Milwaukee Brewers thoughts. If you are a believer
in respecting OBP, throwing strikes, and keeping the ball in the park,
you may have found the place you've been searching for. I don't
believe in paying a no hit/good field SS $7 million per year (Jack Wilson, I'm talking about you). I don't think
it's a good idea to "play for a run" early in the game. Build up your
minor league system, and watch success follow.
