Forgot to mention that the foot doc also gave me a steroid to lessen the swelling and the pain until my orthotics arrive. The Rambling wife said when she went for her plantar fascitis, the steroid worked so well, she forgot all about the inserts. Let's hope. Have to take six a day, then one less each day. The pharmacist warned the Rambling wife when she picked them up that they make me moody.
